DO NOT COME HERE, I came for an oil change about a week ago and wanted to write a review about my experience but also to inform anyone seeing this NOT TO COME HERE!!! I came for an oil change and already charging over 110 dollars for an oil change is crazy in itself, but I came for an oil change and my hood doesn’t stay open so I informed the worker when I got there that it doesn’t open and he acknowledged that and said he would tell the tech and everyone else that same thing, moving forward they start the oil change and they took off my oil cap and left it in the engine bay then the girl cashier came, I forgot her name, I wish I could remember but she was rude as well, tells me if I want t…

I am always so nervous taking our cars here. The employees are not focused, talking excessively in other languages unrelated to the task at hand, customers need to feel safe when strangers are working on their cars. This is the second time we’ve had issues here. Oil leaking all over my husband’s new Audi because they were sloppy and unprofessional. Jessica wanted a good review but seriously? Is she the manager? There’s oil all over the engine guard, oil on top of the plastic where the hood latches at and now all over our driveway. That’s the last time we go there. Employees seemed like they didn't know what they were doing and or were being trained. The price for an oil change is the highest it's ever been but the service provided is actually less than it was years ago. Jiffy Lube used to clean your windows, top off fluids and add air to your tires. The last few services I have had they are barely doing any of those things. They do however try to sell me a cabin air filter for $45. When you can easily replace your own for around $8. I don't think I will be using Jiffy Lube again.

Staff were quick with my oil change and very nice! However, the prices for air filters more than doubled! I used to pay 20 and now it’s 45. It’s easy enough to change yourself that I suggest to not get that service anymore!

Wyatt and Jessica were exceptional. I have been coming to Jiffy Lube for years but never experienced the level of customer service that they provided me with. Not only was the service quick and efficient, but they were friendly, professional, informative, and all around pleasant. Definitely recommend this location. You won’t be let down.
